## How it works

1. Open your case in [My cases](https://www.openlaw.com/client/dashboard/cases) and view incoming proposals in the proposal review panel.
2. Read each attorney's message, fee structure, and experience for your practice area.
3. Schedule a meeting to talk before committing, or send a hire request when you are ready.
4. Decline proposals that are not a fit — the attorney is notified with your reason.

## Good to know

- New proposals are highlighted until you open them.
- Use search within proposal review when you receive many responses.
