How it works

1. From the attorney dashboard, or within Messages, use Send a contract or Request payment in Quick Actions.
2. Select the client or matter, choose a template, and customize terms if needed.
3. Send for e-signature or payment — the client is notified by email and in their dashboard.
4. Track status from Transactions — awaiting signature, completed, or payment received.

Good to know

• Contract templates can be managed in Settings → Contracts.
• Payment requests use your firm's configured payment settings.
