## How it works

1. Browse [Best Matches](https://www.openlaw.com/attorney/dashboard/marketplace?tab=best-matches) in Marketplace to see client cases that fit your filters.
2. Open a case and Submit proposal — choose pricing, message, and optional template name.
3. Save the proposal as a reusable template in [Settings → Proposal templates](https://www.openlaw.com/attorney/dashboard/settings?tab=proposal-templates) for similar matters.
4. Enable AI Auto-send on a saved template to match practice areas and counties.
5. Review sent proposals under the [Proposals sent](https://www.openlaw.com/attorney/dashboard/marketplace?tab=proposals-sent) tab; you receive an email summary after bulk auto-send batches.

## Good to know

- Auto-send respects your marketplace filters and skips cases that do not match county or practice area rules.
- Firms with an outstanding engagement billing balance cannot auto-send until the balance is resolved.
